The proportion of ownership corresponds to the proportion of voting rights of the non-controlling interests in all cases.
The main activities of OMV Petrom Group, the largest integrated energy producer in Southeastern Europe, are oil and gas exploration and production (in Romania and Bulgaria), refining of crudes (in Romania), marketing of petroleum products (in Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Moldova), and sale of natural gas as well as production and sales of electricity (in Romania and neighboring countries).
Borealis Group is one of the world’s leading providers of advanced and circular polyolefin solutions, a European innovative leader in polyolefins recycling, and a major producer of base chemicals. The majority of Borealis’ production is located in Europe, with manufacturing facilities in the United States, Brazil, and South Korea. Borealis Group (excluding Borouge investments) was reclassified to “held for sale” on March 3, 2025, and is classified as “discontinued operations.” For more information, see Note 4 – OMV and ADNOC to Establish a New Polyolefins Joint Venture.
